Our Founders
Our partnership was formed in 2018 by Keyur Patel, a widely-published economics journalist and author, and Marshall Lincoln, formerly Lead Data Scientist at a publicly-listed Silicon Valley cloud communications company. It combines skill-sets rarely found together: a proven ability to explain complex ideas in engaging and straightforward language, and a deep understanding of data science in industry.
Keyur Patel is an independent journalist and consultant.
He specializes in economics and financial services, and has written features and analysis for many of the UK’s leading publishers. He also works with blue-chip companies to produce rigorous, independent research. Keyur is author of nine reports for the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation, a think-tank based in London. He is co-author of the CSFI's ‘Banana Skins’ surveys in banking, insurance, and financial inclusion – the gold standard for risk assessment in the global financial industry. |
Keyur has written extensively about global financial stability, developing economies, financial inclusion, investment, technology and business. His work has received coverage in newspapers, magazines, and trade publications across the world. He was formerly Marjorie Deane Fellow at the Financial Times and is a graduate in economics from University College London.
